I switch off my devices when working with clients, when writing, or spending time with family and friends.

Technology has facilitated the ease with which we can work virtually. I will work with clients face-to-face – it is a luxury!

Our global availability across time zones makes it more challenging to ringfence working hours to sustain balance.

I aspire to respond to a query within 72 hours – but if it’s marked URGENT I move it to the top of my “to do’ list.

I live mostly in Johannesburg, but also in Cape Town (six weeks annually, New York (four weeks annually) and the Kruger Park (three weeks annually).

I am fortunate to have clients in Southern Africa, Europe and the USA.
