Helena has been trained by three highly regarded professional enneagram companies, Aephoria, Theenneagraminbusiness, and Integrative 9. She is trained to debrief clients who have completed assessment and/or use an interactive process for the client to reach their own conclusion about their Enneagram style.

She encourages clients to use the enneagram as a long-term personal development opportunity. The coaching sessions can begin to use the development suggestions as a way of experience of their potential effectiveness.

Helena debriefs people individually, but it is possible and cost-effective to debrief by each enneagram style if there are a larger number of people involved.
